A Message From Northern Audio Regarding COVID-19

Dear Friends, Customers And Families:
In response to the local impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, Northern Audio extends its thoughts and prayers to all those affected. For the continued safety of our customers and employees, we will continue to maintain the necessary protocols set forth by the CDC and health officials in a full effort to help reduce any exposure to the virus.
Although our showroom no longer has retail hours, we at Northern Audio continue to be available by phone, text, our web site, social media, and e-mail to help with customers’ questions. With social distancing practices in place, we will continue to perform scheduled installations at customer locations, and customers will continue to be able to set up private appointments to demo equipment at our showroom. We will also continue to ship purchased products.
We are thoroughly sanitizing all work surfaces regularly, and all employees are washing their hands frequently. In addition to work spaces, all common touch points (for example: door handles, company vehicle interiors, copier machines, light switches, kitchen surfaces) are sterilized multiple times a day.
