In this installation, Northern Audio installed and implemented Control4 to allow the home owner to enjoy virtually all aspects of comfort and convenience. From any remote, smartphone or wall touch panel, any family member can control their distributed whole-house TV system (Tivo networked), lighting, distributed whole-house audio, door locks, security cameras, and HVAC. The home owner desired the speaker placement to be understated and unobtrusive. So we flush-mounted speakers and hid subwoofers in the bench seating. Lighting is set up as “scenes” (on keypads and Control4 smartphone apps) to eliminate an unnecessary amount of individual light switches.
